Digital Marketing Wala Ltd Subscription Agreement
By proceeding with this subscription, you authorize Digital Marketing Wala Ltd to initiate recurring payments as per your selected plan. Please read the following terms carefully:
- 20% of the total plan amount will be charged as an upfront payment upon subscription activation.
- The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly installments as per your selected duration (2-12 months).
- All payments will be automatically debited from your account based on the Razorpay eMandate authorization.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but upfront payments are non-refundable.
- Monthly installments will continue until the full plan amount is paid or the subscription is canceled.
- Digital Marketing Wala Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
